Jenn Slade is the author and illustrator of a new self-published book called Phill in the Blank: Quirks and All! Jenn is dedicated to the development of comic books that provide insight about the lives of children on the Autism spectrum. Currently, Jenn teaches art to students K-Adult with special needs. It was her work with these students that inspired Jenn to create the comic book, “Phill in the Blank: Quirks and All”!

Ron Sandison works full time in the medical field and is a professor of Theology at Destiny School of Ministry. He is an advisory board member of Autism Society Faith Initiative of Autism Society of America and The Art of Autism. Sandison has a Master of Divinity from Oral Roberts University and is the author of A Parent’s Guide to Autism: Practical Advice. Biblical Wisdom published by Charisma House. He has memorized over 10,000 Scriptures, including 22 complete books of the New Testament and over 5,000 quotes.

Dr. Alisha Griffith
Dr. Alisha Griffith is a trained Mom Autism and Communication Expert as an Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist. She is the mother of Zachary, her bright and extra-ordinary son who is on the Autism Spectrum. This inspired her to write her Amazon Best seller, Au-mazing Gift: A Journey to Autism Acceptance. She is also a Maverick for change, a Transformationial Speaker, and a Breakthrough and Ignite Coach and Consultant with a unique method to support anyone in a relationship with Autism.

In 2013, after a 16-year battle with lupus, Paul’s wife, Cynthia, passed away. Their son, Michael, had been diagnosed with Autism in 2000. Michael is mostly non-verbal, with moderately severe Autism. After Cynthia’s death, Paul thought long and hard about how Michael saw what was happening in his life. Paul knew he wanted to write young adult fiction, aimed at teaching tolerance and acceptance. He decided to write a book from Michael’s point-of-view, and Through Fisher’s Eyes: An Autism Adventure was born!
